With a private dock, kayaks, SUPs, fire-pit, luxury grilling station, and an Arcade machine, this home has everything the family could want! While staying on the property you'll have plenty of opportunities to soak up the sun and take a dip in the emerald waters of Lake Murray.

The Hot Tub is available from September 15th - May 1st. We do not allow guests to use the hot tub in the summer due to Green Algae contamination from the Lake, It would not be possible to maintain water clarity and proper chemical balances during the summer months. Trust us, we've tried it and it doesn't work!

The home is nestled in a peaceful cove right near the access to big water on the Lake. Your family will love fishing off the dock, relaxing on a tube in the cove, or leaving your boat at the dock. This home is just over 20 minutes to downtown Lexington which is home to nightlife, the icehouse amphitheater and much more!

Step inside this beautifully decorated and fully equipped home and you'll find everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The living area features cozy furnishings and a flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights or simply lounging around. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials and offers ample space for preparing meals. We had an absolute wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb on Lake Murray! The home was spotless, cozy and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The views of the lake were stunning- sunrises and sunsets right off the deck were truly unforgettable. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the whole experience seamless from start to finish. Whether you’re looking to fish, kayak or just unwind by the water, this is the perfect spot. I can’t wait to come back!

Me and the family enjoyed our stay, It was a very beautiful home with an amazing view. Everything we needed was either there or we were able to get it close by and the communication between the owner and us was great. The house was very tidy whenever we arrived as well, we really enjoyed the place and wouldn’t mind staying there again!

This was easily one of the most enjoyable trips I’ve been on. Went with 7 other buddy’s and had a great time. The location is perfect, 20 minutes from Lexington and 10 minutes from a gas station and grocery mart. The lake is beautiful and the weather was perfect. Definitely recommend for a relaxing mixed with exciting getaway, especially if you like to fish or interested in renting a boat!

We enjoyed our stay at Vansant. We had a few questions for Lauren and she was super responsive and a great help. The location was fantastic and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend. Also yourself a favor and rent a boat from Lake Murray Boat Rentals. We rented a boat and they delivered to the location and the service was fantastic.

This was a beautiful place to view the lake. The kayaks and backyard launch for our boats made this trip more smooth and fun. There are a few upkeep things needed to be done to this home like rotting deck boards and leaning banisters along with no lights working on the dock or deck. Also, the hot tub was a major let down as we were promised it up and running during our stay and it was not even when resetting the breaker as told to do. There is also a major plumbing issue. But the home itself is spacious and cozy.
