Master bedroom has vaulted ceilings and it's own air conditioning unit (mini split) to ensure maximum comfort during the summer months.

The Master bathroom has been customized for maximum comfort and luxury. The room has a wall heater to ensure guests are toasty in the winter.

The bedroom located in the bottom floor of the home walks out to the lake and has it's own AC unit (mini split). A futon is provided to guests with sheets and blankets to allow 4 guests to sleep in this room.

The bottom floor entry has a great mud room area for guests to leave their towels and life jackets. A first aid cabinet is available to use if needed and just out of the picture is the laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Fully stocked kitchen comes with a drip and keurig coffee maker, crock pot, blender, and all the table wear needed for 10 guests.

The deck out front is perfect for relaxing after a fun day on the lake and is also where the propane grill is located for guests to use.

The cove is typically full in the summer and comes with a floating dock that can be used to fish off. Guests have access to the water year round and can launch the complimentary kayaks and SUPs from the shores of the home.

Overview

Fully renovated house on Lake Murray! House has 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 full baths, a large kitchen with a farmhouse sink and breakfast bar. The master bedroom has a private deck overlooking the lake, as well as a modern en-suite with an extra large shower. This home has so much to offer! It's got that country charm with a farmhouse luxury feel. *LAKE ACCESS ONLY, this home does not have a dock!*
If the weather isn't cooperating, take a seat at the bar or dive into a game of Golden Tee or Pac Man. Not a fan of lakewater but still want to swim? New in June 2024 this house will have a Pool with a large deck to enjoy.

This home, located in Prosperity, SC, is very private, quiet, and full of wildlife. The front of the home has a large deck perfect for dining and entertaining. Upon entering the home, you are met with a room that has a nice granite bar and a dining room table with seating for 8. The kitchen has additional seating and comes with a keurig and drip coffee maker. The living area has a large flat screen TV over the fireplace and two very comfortable couches for relaxing.

The Master bedroom has vaulted ceilings and a view overlooking the lake as well as its own second story deck. This is a perfect spot for a cocktail at night after putting the kids down. The master bathroom has been renovated with new tile, sinks, and an in wall heater for the colder months.

The two bedrooms on the main level share a bathroom with a shower. The basement walks out to the lake and has a queen bedroom with a futon for sleeping 4. There is also a full bath on this level with a bathtub / shower combo.

The outdoor space is vast and gives the guests access to the cove with a firepit. In the summer months, the cove is filled. Regardless of the month, guests have access to use two kayaks and two stand-up paddle boards, which can be launched from the cove. New to 2024 the home also features a large bocce ball court. The court is lighted at night for some family competition!

Guests have full access to the entire home and the property.

Dreher Island State Park is a short golf cart ride away. Guests can explore the park, which is about 2.5 miles from the home and launch their boat from the wide boat launches at the park.

Guests will be provided a code prior to their arrival for entry into the front door.

The home is at the end of a quiet street which is perfect for long morning walks.

Guests are encouraged to bring their bikes, golf carts, and anything else they'd like to explore the local area of lake homes and country roads.

Note: The pool is not available from October 15 through March 31st. The pool is also not heated but very enjoyable in the spring and summer months.

We are so happy with our stay in this beautiful lake house, had such an amazing and relaxing time, the kids loved kayaking and spending lots of time in the lake and making smores by the campfire. Lauren's place had everything we needed for our 10 day stay in the home including for the 2 dogs (we brought own dog beds). The home was spotless and had a lot to keep the kids busy. The pool was a great addition and was enjoyed by all as was the bocce court. We were able to enter the lake via kayak and SUP provided with the rental. We would recommend adding some pebble or something for lake access given there is no dock. We loved all the wild life and sounds of frogs in the evening. We had a family of deer visit us several times during our stay which we all loved. We were a family of 5 (6year old twins and a 16 year old) and 2 dogs. Everyone had plenty of things they enjoyed about this cottage. Lauren was great and responded very fast to our questions and we had the pleasure of meeting her husband who came out to shock the pool halfway through our visit. We will come back again :)
