It depends.  During our summer season it is very rare that we can accommodate late check outs.  There is an extra charge for the late check out and it must be approved 48 hours before your final day.  If we cannot accommodate your request you will not be charged the late check out fee.

It depends.  There is an extra charge for early check-ins, but we sometimes cannot accommodate it.  Requests must be made at least 48 hours before your arrival date. If we cannot accommodate the request, you will not be charged the early check in fee.

Yes, most of our docks have space for your boats. If you are unsure when booking with us, just give us a call so we can help you find the perfect fit! 

You must request firewood in advance and we will have it when you check in.  

Yes,  we do spray all of our houses to try to deter the bugs from getting into the homes, however we do not want to destroy the natural ecosystem around this beautiful lake so, there are spiders, midge flies, mosquitoes, lizards, snakes, fish, deer, birds, water bugs, ants, turtles, and all kinds of wildlife to experience! 

No, while some locals like to joke that we do, Lake Murray is a freshwater lake, in the midlands, and does not have alligators.   

No, not all of our houses have cable tv, but they do all have smart tvs that allow you to sign into your apps like Netflix or Disney+ to enjoy all of your favorite shows and sports.   
 

Yes,  while we do provide all bath towels and bedroom linens,  we do ask that our guests bring whatever they need for a day out on the lake. That includes BYOBeach towels!  

No,  We do not allow weddings, parties, or large events of any kind at any of our properties.
